Statewide Organizational Development
CalHR’s Statewide Organizational Development Unit provides guidance and resources, including how to develop and conduct effective organizational change management.

Organizational Change Management
OCM is the practice of guiding people through workplace change – new tools, team workflows, or processes. OCM helps you get to the desired state faster, with fewer roadblocks, and with results that last.
Community and Events
We want state departments to have plenty of opportunities to discuss OD. This can help OD Practitioners share their strategies and best practices.
