Our Statewide OD Workshops are an informal opportunity to connect with our Statewide OD Unit and other OD practitioners. Each workshop covers a featured OD topic and provides an opportunity for questions and answers.

Organizational Development for California (OD4CA) Forums are hosted quarterly throughout the year. Here’s what to expect if you attend:

We have two main community networks. You can email CalHR’s Statewide Organizational Development Unit if you would like to be added to both. Note: both are only available to CA State employees.
Teams Channel
Our Microsoft Teams channel is a great platform to chat with other OD practitioners in the State of California. We post regular updates and announcements here. You can use it to share and ask questions related to OD.
