Labor Relations
The Labor Relations Division bargains and administers labor agreements on behalf of the Governor, the State Employer.
In achieving this statutory responsibility, the Labor Relations Division develops and maintains the Administration’s statewide labor relations program. We guide, communicate, instruct and influence the departments using teamwork and delegation to continually strive toward a cooperative relationship with the unions in order to provide a balanced workforce and maintain a harmonious employer-employee relationship.
