Program Participation
An individual must meet the following requirements in order to participate in a non-traditional apprenticeship program:
- Be a current California civil service employee with permanent, full-time, civil service status in a classification represented by SEIU Local 1000.
- Work for a department participating in a non-traditional apprenticeship program.
- Be eligible to participate in and able to perform the essential duties of the T&D assignment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
