2026 CalHR Annual Conference

Join the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) for the 2026 CalHR Annual Conference on Oct. 27, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. This year’s theme, “Navigating a Modern Workforce,” offers HR professionals the chance to connect and discuss emerging trends shaping today’s recruiting landscape.

The goal of this conference is to empower HR personnel with the practical tools to elevate careers in public service, ensuring they remain competitive in the rapidly evolving job market. Topics cover a variety of information, including leadership and technological advancements, such as AI, and how quickly our workforce evolves alongside it.

Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. You will register through CalLearns, and the $95 registration fee will be charged to your agency after registration and supervisor approval.
