Salary and Benefit Resolution, May 20, 2009
WHEREAS, the California Citizens Compensation Commission was established by the voters’ passage of Proposition 112 on June 5, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Proposition 112 directs the Commission to establish the annual salary for the state’s elected officers; and
WHEREAS, Proposition 112 directs the Commission to consider specified criteria in establishing these salaries and benefits, including the compensation received by other elected and appointed officials in California, and the judiciary; be it
RESOLVED, that effective December 7, 2009, the annual salaries and benefits for State officers shall be as follows:

WE, the undersigned members of the California Citizens Compensation Commission hereby approve this Resolution on the 20th of May, 2009.
