Examination Supervisors' Forum

The Examination Supervisors’ Forum (ESF) is a group of Selection Services managers who meet monthly to foster the advancement of sound selection practices through an open exchange of ideas, communication, education, and cooperation among all State selection programs and the State Personnel Board (SPB). ESF members also work together to ensure the State of California’s recruitment and testing programs are in compliance with existing federal and State laws and rules, the California Code of Regulations, and State Personnel Board guidelines.
