Career Ambassador Program (CAP)

​In recognition of focused recruitment strategies being an effective part of a broad and diverse recruitment strategy, CalHR has developed a Career Ambassador Program (CAP) for state organizations to customize and implement. CAPs can be an effective way to reduce recruitment costs, expand outreach resources and increase employee engagement.
