The proposed modification is to CalHR rulemaking file, #2023-0609-05S, regarding the Savings Plus Program (SPP) investments. It was originally noticed to the OAL on December 2, 2022. The proposed amendment broadens the scope of a regulation enforced by CalHR to align with the applicable Government Code section and SPP Plan documents. The amended version of the documents can be found at the link to the 15-Day Notice of Modified Text and include- The Text of Regulation, the Updated Initial Statement of Reason, 401k Plan Documents dated- January 1, 2020, 457b Plan Documents dated- January 1, 2020, and the Investment Policy Statement dated- January 1, 2020. Amendments are technical in nature; however, all are available for public inspection and comment. CalHR will accept written comments based on these proposed changes from October 20, 2023 to November 6, 2023.
