CalHR has filed proposed amended regulations with the Office of Administrative Law. The proposed regulations are intended to provide governance to State payroll practices with the future-state biweekly uniform payroll cycle, while retaining the required framework for departments remaining on the monthly payroll schedule throughout the transition. This package replaces the regulation package previously published on August 16, 2024.
Any interested person, or their authorized representative, may submit written comments. Comments may also be submitted by facsimile (FAX) at (916) 327-1885 or by e-mail to csps.project@calhr.ca.gov.
