NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Human Resources (CalHR) will be hosting a public comment hearing in Sacramento, California, regarding the Proposed Amendments to Multiple CalHR Regulations regarding the California State Payroll System’s Biweekly Payroll Cycle, the Office of Administrative Law Notice File Number Z2024-0801-02.
Pursuant to California Government Code, section 11346.8, the CalHR is hosting a hearing following the initial public comment period that concluded on October 1, 2024, to allow interested parties to submit their commentary. Please note: the Department will not be providing responses to comments during the hearing but will take all comments provided under consideration in finalizing the proposed regulations. An additional 15-day notice period will commence following the release of any amendments to the proposed regulations. Notice of any additional amendments will be posted to CalHR’s website.
The proceedings of this hearing will be recorded, transcribed, and are a part of the public record.
