Phase 5 - Evaluate the Workforce Plan
This phase helps assess whether the plans are effectively achieving the desired outcomes and closing staffing and competency gaps.
Steps
- Evaluate the plan content and strategies according to the evaluation criteria set out in the plan.
- Review the plan evaluation results, plan metrics, and lessons learned and make any adjustments to the action plans or other plan elements as needed.
- Document and gain Director (or equivalent) approval for any adjustments to the action plan or overall plan as needed.
