Phase 5 - Evaluate the Workforce Plan

This phase helps assess whether the plans are effectively achieving the desired outcomes and closing staffing and competency gaps.

Steps

1. Evaluate the plan content and strategies according to the evaluation criteria set out in the plan.
2. Review the plan evaluation results, plan metrics, and lessons learned and make any adjustments to the action plans or other plan elements as needed.
3. Document and gain Director (or equivalent) approval for any adjustments to the action plan or overall plan as needed. ​
