CalHR now offers a new service that includes survey administration, results and recommendations, and action planning tool and resources to help state departments and agencies measure and act on improving workforce engagement.

  • The new engagement survey was built specifically for the state and has been shared with the Unions and reviewed by CalHR Legal and Labor Divisions
