2015 Open Enrollment Retirees

Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity to review your benefit coverage and make changes if you wish.  It is important to take the time to review your enrollments to ensure they are the best choices for you and your eligible family members.

Open Enrollment is September 14, through October 9, 2015.

Enrollments and changes made during open enrollment period take effect January 1, 2016.

Actions you can take during open enrollment:

  • Enroll, cancel, or change health, dental, and vision plans. You can also add or delete dependents.

If you wish to make a change to your current dental or vision plan enrollment, you must submit your request no later than October 9, 2015.  No action is required if you don’t want to make changes to your current health, dental or vision coverage.

New Retiree Premier Dental Plan!

Retirees will be able to choose between two vision plans.  The new Retiree Premier Vision Plan with enhanced benefits will be effective January 1, 2016.  Plan information and enrollment materials will be mailed to the home/mailing address that you have on file with the State Controller's Office prior to open enrollment.
