The Succession Management Program consists of three workshops and three one-on-one consulting sessions designed to teach participants how to complete a succession plan for their organization. Under the direction of the Executive Sponsor the participant will lead a project team within their respective organizations to develop their succession plan over the four month period. Upon workshop completion, participating organizations will have a completed succession plan that meets CalHR’s policy requirements. The program also includes a Graduation ceremony for Executive Sponsors and Participants.
