In this course participants will learn how to effectively complete a Duty Statement that is compliant with the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Participants will develop strategies for writing or revising duty statements using a "who does what" language model, as well as be able to identify an employee's essential job functions and the expected job performance.
