This course is intended for managers and supervisors who must complete the mandatory sexual harassment prevention training program. This course satisfies the requirements of Government Code section 12950.1 for managers and supervisors.
This course is also suitable for EEO officers and investigators, human resources personnel, and other staff involved in receiving, investigating, and resolving claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Union stewards and rank and file employees interested in knowing their rights will also benefit from this program.
To get credit for this training, and receive a certificate of completion, you must attend the webinar for two hours and actively participate by answering 90% of the questions posed by the instructor.
Before the webinar begins, please go to the “Test a WebEx meeting” link below to determine if you can successfully enter the test meeting. If your test is successful, you will see a screen that says “Congratulations, your test was successful!” If you are unsuccessful, contact your IT help desk. They may need to install the appropriate WebEx software.
