Presented by CalHR Legal Division House Counsel: This full-day course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the types of information employers can require from applicants and employees. The course will focus on what medical information can be requested from applicants during the application and interview process, from an applicant after an offer is accepted, and from an employee after appointment. The course will also discuss the reasonable accommodation process for employees and applicants.
