Lean White Belt Training


This class provides an overview of the fundamental concepts of Lean and the tools and techniques used to identify value-added activities and eliminate waste to improve customer outcomes.


As a result of attending this class, participants will:

  • Identify Lean principles and how they can be used to improve customer service and value
  • Discuss the origins of Lean
  • Identify Lean tools that will eliminate waste and streamline processes to improve customer service and outputs
  • Gain strategies to implement Lean principles that will create more sustainable workplaces
