This course provides best practices on how a manager or supervisor can effectively execute the employee’s performance appraisal and IDPs. An in-depth review of the difference and purpose of the performance appraisal and IDP will be presented. Participants will gain knowledge on documenting employee performance in the period preceding the performance appraisal, drafting the performance appraisal, IDP, and presenting the performance appraisal and/or IDP to the employee.
