CalHR is pleased to offer Workforce Planning and Succession Planning Programs in order to guide organizations through the development or improvement of a comprehensive workforce plan and/or succession plan that satisfies CalHR's policy requirements. Our programs are unique in that we use a hybrid approach of workshop-based learning and one-on-one consultative support for participating organizations.
