This one-day course introduces a variety of methods and techniques used to assess Training and Experience (T&E). Advantages and disadvantages of T&E evaluation methods will be discussed as well as issues related to reliability, validity, development, and scoring.
Participants will gain a foundation in the principles and techniques used to develop legally defensible T&E evaluations. Upon successful completion of this class, participants will be able to:
