This one-day course will provide participants with an understanding of the uses and applications of work samples and performance tests. Topics include the development, scoring, assessor/rater training, and the practical and logistical issues related to the administration of work sample and performance tests. Various testing formats will be covered, including in-basket exercises, written and oral exercises, role-play exercises and physical performances tests.
