Training for Trainers (5 Day Cohort)

Overview

In this interactive session, participants will follow a systematic approach to creating training programs. Through a series of practical exercises, participants will identify the need for training in the workplace, design learning methods and materials, practice facilitation skills, and evaluate their training effectiveness.

Class Dates

This five day training will be held on the following set of days:
  • Cohort 1: OCT 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11 2018
  • Cohort 2: NOV 8, 9, 14, 15, and 16 2018
  • Cohort 3: JAN 10, 17, 24, 30, and 31 2019
  • Cohort 4: FEB 15, 22, MAR 1, 8, and 15 2019
  • Cohort 5: APR 26, MAY 2, 3, 9, and 10 2019

  • Day 2 - Design Effective Training Programs
  • Day 3 - Develop Training Visuals, Materials, and Resources
  • Day 4 - Implement Effective Training
  • Day 5 - Evaluate Training Program Success
