Job analysis is the foundation for many of the critical personnel decisions within an organization, and is the basis for content valid employee selection procedures. This two day class focuses on job analysis methods involving the identification of critical tasks and associated knowledge, skills abilities and personal characteristics (KSAPCs). Modules include legal implications, job audits and observations, writing effective task and KSAPC statements, survey construction and administration, data analysis, and setting appropriate cutoffs.
