This class is designed, utilizing best practices, to educate HR staff regarding minimum qualifications (MQs) and application review. The State application is the initial document that lists qualifications, dates and lengths of employment, and type of duties performed to be evaluated against the MQs. The student will learn to determine whether or not an applicant legally meets the MQs to compete in an examination.
