The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) is excited to announce the additional offerings of the Manager Development Program (5 Day Cohort) to further develop your leadership skills and satisfy the training requirement under Government Code 19995.4

Writing on paperThe Analyst Series was designed by CalHR in conjunction with our partners to combine tested, strategic methodology with cutting edge ideas and thinking. You will learn the roles, responsibilities and duties of an analyst. The series will develop competencies in the skills and techniques used in researching, organizing, analyzing, documenting, communicating and verifying requirements. The series is comprised of classes that progressively build on your knowledge and skills. 
 
Participants who complete CalHR's approved Analyst training courses will earn the Analyst Series Certificate.
